.tbar-btn and .tbar-link should be direct descendants of .tbar-item only style margin, padding, height, no colors should be modified on these classes.

.component-link should be added to .tbar-link to modify colors

We use two modifiers for links and buttons so it's possible to have two different sizes. For example links should take full height of the container and buttons should only be 75% height. These classes are interchangeable on anchor or buttons tags.
